Happy Thanksgiving!

Last year on Thanksgiving, most of my family were in town. We shopped, cooked, ate, played and worried about my poor Dad. He had injured his back in a pile of leaves two days before Thanksgiving. It was a time of mixed emotions for everyone. Nevertheless, blessings abounded and still do. Today, he’s better than ever.

This year, I’ll be with Alan’s family. We’ll play football in the field (the kids will be filthy!), eat incredible food (Karen is a caterer!) and laugh a lot (that’s how they roll!).

Happy Thanksgiving!

Here’s where we’ll be. I took this on Thanksgiving ’07 as the football players made their way back to the house for dinner!

Snapshots of Fall, Bucks County

This fall season is looking like a big, brown dud. Normally, I live for the turning leaves, but they seem to be skipping the vibrant stage this year. I’ll see what happens in the third week of October, which is usually when they peak.

In the meantime, I’m posting some shots from last fall…

Have a great weekend!

Falling!

Alan and I are thrilled to be planning a short getaway soon! Last year we celebrated our 10-year anniversary and discovered how nice it is to visit another world, a very still one.

Here are some shots from last Fall. This year’s trip will be very different…
